Terms of Use.

1. Who we are

RipX (“RipX”, “we”) is operated by the RipX team (ripx.fun), reachable at support@ripx.fun. These Terms govern your use of the RipX website and every pack you open. By connecting a wallet, making a deposit, opening a free pack or buying a pack you agree to them.

2. Eligibility — 18+ only

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • You must not be located in, or a resident of, a restricted jurisdiction: the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Australia, and any country or region subject to comprehensive international sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions), or anywhere paid random-prize products of this kind are unlawful.
  • You must not be subject to sanctions, and you must use your own wallet and your own funds.
  • We may ask for proof of age or location, and may refuse, suspend or close access where we cannot verify eligibility.

3. What a pack is

A pack is a digital product containing a fixed number of randomly drawn reward cards. Each card has a printed reward: a USD value credited to your RipX balance in USDg, or RipX points. The possible cards and the odds for every pack are published on its “What's inside” page before you buy.

Most packs return less than their price. Packs are entertainment, not an investment, and past pulls shown on the site do not predict yours.

Cards themed after ETH or individual stocks are credited at their printed USD value in USDg. No ether, shares, tokenised securities or other assets are delivered, and nothing on RipX is an offer of securities.

4. Free daily pack and RipX points

Claiming the free daily pack requires a linked X (Twitter) account, and the daily limit of one free pack per UTC day is enforced per X account. The free pack pays RipX points on most rips and, rarely, a cash prize card credited to your RipX balance in USDg like any other cash card. Paid packs may also contain points cards.

RipX points

  • Points are a loyalty feature with no cash or monetary value. They are not tokens, not e-money, not a deposit and not part of your RipX balance. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged for USDg or any other asset, or transferred to another wallet.
  • Points can only be redeemed for paid packs on RipX, at the rate shown on the RipX Points page (currently 5,000 points per 1 USDg of pack price). The free daily pack cannot be bought with points. A points pack is one pack at a time and uses the same odds, card pool and draw as the same pack bought with USDg; cash cards it contains are credited to your balance like any other pack.
  • Redemption is available only after your wallet has bought at least 20 USDg of packs with USDg, is limited to one points pack per wallet per UTC day, and is limited to a share of each pack's daily stock. When that stock is gone, points packs are unavailable until the next reset.
  • Redeemed points are spent when the pack is opened and are not refunded; opened points packs are final like any other pack.
  • We may change the redemption rate, limits, eligibility or the points programme, pause or end it, or reset points between seasons, with notice on the site where reasonably possible. Where reasonably possible we give at least 14 days' notice before ending the programme. Points have no cash value, and unused points expire when the programme ends.
  • We may withhold, remove or forfeit points — and void packs bought with them — where points were obtained or used through bugs, exploits, automation, multiple wallets, or other abuse or breach of these Terms.

5. Your RipX balance and deposits

  • RipX keeps an on-site balance in USDg for each wallet. The balance is custodial: RipX holds the deposited funds until you withdraw them. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and is not covered by any deposit-protection scheme. Deposits are held in wallets controlled by RipX and are not held in trust, so only keep on the site what you plan to play with and withdraw the rest.
  • You fund the balance by sending USDg on Robinhood Chain from your signed-in wallet to the deposit address shown in the cashier. Network fees are yours. The minimum deposit is shown in the cashier.
  • A deposit is credited once the transfer is confirmed on-chain. Transfers of another token, on another network, or from a wallet other than the one you are signed in with may not be credited automatically and may not be recoverable — contact support with your transaction hash.
  • Packs are bought from your balance. The price is debited at the moment of purchase and the pack is opened immediately. Opened packs are final and non-refundable, because the draw happens at the moment of purchase. If we cannot fulfil an order, the amount is returned to your balance.
  • Deposit only what you intend to play with. You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to section 7.

6. Fairness

Every draw uses a server seed committed (by its SHA-256 hash) before the draw, combined with a client seed from your browser. After opening, the server seed is revealed so anyone can recompute the result on the Provably Fair page. The recorded draw is final; animations are cosmetic and never change the outcome.

7. Winnings and withdrawals

  • Cash-value cards are credited to your RipX balance automatically when the pack is opened. There is nothing to claim and no minimum win.
  • Withdrawals are paid in USDg on Robinhood Chain to the wallet you are signed in with — the same wallet your deposits came from. We never pay to a different address.
  • The minimum withdrawal is shown in the cashier. Withdrawals are normally sent within minutes but may be queued, reviewed or delayed for network conditions, security checks, payout limits or legal reasons. A withdrawal that fails or is cancelled is returned to your balance.
  • Balances on wallets that have been inactive for 12 months are handled as follows: the balance stays yours and withdrawable to your wallet at any time, and we charge no inactivity fees.
  • We may void rewards, and adjust balances accordingly, where they were obtained through bugs, exploits, multi-accounting abuse of free packs, chargeback-like behaviour or breach of these Terms.

8. Your wallet, your responsibility

RipX never holds your wallet's keys and can never move funds out of your wallet: only USDg you choose to deposit is held by RipX, as your balance. Anyone who controls your wallet can sign in, play with your balance and withdraw it to that wallet, so you are responsible for your wallet's security — and for any tax on your winnings. Signing in only proves wallet ownership and costs nothing.

9. Responsible play

Set a budget before you play and never chase losses. Limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion are described in Responsible play.

10. Prohibited use

No bots or automation, no exploiting errors, no circumventing geographic or age restrictions (including by VPN), no money laundering, and no use on behalf of someone who is not eligible.

11. Availability, changes and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We may pause sales, deposits or withdrawals (your balance stays yours while they are paused), change packs, odds (never for an order already created) or these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. To the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, plus any balance we hold for you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. If something goes wrong, contact support first — we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
